SGPropertyCRM is a tool used by property agents to manage their own client relationships. We process this data solely on your behalf as a data intermediary. We do not use, share, or disclose your clients' personal data for any purpose other than providing the platform services to you. Agents are reminded that under the PDPA, individuals have the right to withdraw consent, access their personal data, and request corrections. You should have a process in place to handle such requests from your clients.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances: • Service providers — trusted third-party vendors (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations. • Legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority in Singapore. • Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred to the successor entity.
